• A:Answer Hello - Thank you for asking. Setting the lock for the Samsonite - Expandable Freeform Suitcase Set Nest 2Pc (SP21/28) - Black, follow these steps: 1. Unlock the Suitcase: Set the dials to the default code 0-0-0. 2. Locate the Reset Button: Look for a small button, pinhole, or red tab on the side of the lock mechanism (often right next to the number dials). 3. Press the Button: Using a pen, pencil, or paperclip, press the small button inwards until you hear a click. 4. Set Your Combination: While the button is pressed, turn the dials to your desired 3-digit combination (e.g., 1-1-1). 5. Finish Setting: Press the main opening button (the zipper release button) on the side. The small reset button should click back into its original position, locking in your new code. 6. Test: Insert the zippers into the lock and scramble the dials to ensure it is locked. Enter your new code to verify it opens.
