Hi Chrissssy! If you'd like to leave the power level set on high, press the OK button to set it. If you'd like to change the power level, turn the knob until you reach the desired level and then press OK. You can find more details about the power level feature on page 15 of the User Manual (downloadable here: https://bit.ly/2B46RSM). ^Jecca
