“Just purchased this for my mom. There were very limited instructions. Is there a cook book that comes with it, or was that somehow not included? Didn’t tell us what could be used for microwave or convection as far as the racks or pan.”

I had the same question. I have used everything (pan and racks) with the microwave feature and they seem to be safe. I can’t imagine them not being microwave safe considering the auto power convection and air fry features both utilize the microwave function.
