“I cannot get the glass turntable to attach to the three prong plastic piece in the bottom of the microwave. It appears to be too short or the wheels on the circular piece are too large. Please help!”

• Hello, just installed mine last week. The grooves on the bottom of the plate go IN-BETWEEN the plastic prongs on the bottom of the microwave. The plate just sits on top of the circular piece with wheels. Hope this helps!
