Easy to clean and install. Very good heating features and have ample light. There is no one touch button for 1min etc but its okay. I can deal with it. Buttons were a bit hard to press compared to my old Frigidaire. I had to customize the bottom part so oil/grease will protect the under of the over the range microwave. Great buy at Best Buy!

The 2 paper templates made drilling the holes fairly easy. The bracket was the easy part. I had 2 studs to screw it to so it is solidly anchored. The 2 top bolts - I drilled the holes in the cabinet off a little and had to enlarge them. To make sure the bolts wouldn't pull through I used 2 1" x 3" boards as reinforcement. It takes 2 people to put this up and hold it in place. The light on the bottom has 3 settings for cooking. The oven heats fast and evenly. The 'buttons' took getting used to as you need to touch them just right. The presets are convenient. Turning the blower to the front was easy, just don't lose any screws. The price was low for the good quality.

Replaced our 14 year old GE microwave when the main circuit board finally gave out. This was an open box that fit the old space perfectly and heats my food with space age precision. It does not have the one touch 1-8 minute quick keys like the old GE, and the buttons require a pretty firm push to register, but two months in we are pretty happy with the microwave.

Once I got it to run quiet I am very happy with it, when the unit was on the floor before I installed it, I was going to plug it in and test it, I said to myself Naaaaa, should have went by my instinct. I went thru the trouble of installing it, after I finished I tested everything, when I got to the exhaust fan it sounded like a 747 taking off, Needless to say I had to uninstall it, I took the exhaust assembly fan apart and found the squirrel cage was actually hitting the case, sanded the edges and reinstalled, sounds really quiet now, I figured I saved Samsung a service called so I wrote them a email explaining what I did, instead of them throwing me a 25.00 gift certificate, I got a nasty gram saying I voided my warranty, They make a good appliance, but as far as a company they Suck. I put 3 stars because the unit should have been fine out of the box, PS no damaged what so ever on the box, and I am not recommending to a friend to buy because of the attitude of Samsung.

Last year we purchased a Samsung 5 burner, glass top, convection oven stove with warming burner, and now added the matching Samsung microwave oven for a perfect match for over the range. Both look good, and work excellent as designed. I have already recommended these to a friend.

The Over The Range microwave is a perfect look for my kitchen. I love it! I received several compliments from my guests. The price was reasonable.

Bought this one to replace the existing LG microwave which was damaged by kids. This was similar in size and shape to the old one, and the style went well with the existing Samsung refrigerator. I was ready to pay more for better model "ME18H704SFS", but couldn't get used to the idea of a black ceramic interior. This model had white interior and similar look, so went for it instead. I had read the reviews before purchasing. I agree with most of the reviews. Heating food is like any other- fine. The range light could have been little more brighter. The keypad is not very sensitive, need to push it hard. I read complains about the exhaust being loud, but it is not louder than most others. Some amount of noise is expected. It works for now. However, if I have to buy a microwave again I will go for the higher model.

I put this microwave over the stove. I had to cut down the cabinet and the doors above and make it smaller to accommodate the microwave, but it turned out fine. Template that comes in the package really helped. Works well, but just noticed that the beeper sounds like it has come loose. It has a vibration sound with the beep. Not a biggie, but it's just been a month....

Needed a replacement and picked this up for 179 on sale! Replaced a broken GE unit that randomly started and caught on fire after 6 years, almost all the parts are similar with these companies, Samsung had the best features for price most reviews were positive. Added a trip lite surge protector. I will slowly swap out my appliances to Samsung as they go. Thanks Best Buy!

It matches with our new Samsung Stove. They both are stainless steel and we have also Samsung refrigerator and dishwasher.

After doing three days' worth of research, primarily to make sure i ordered a microwave that would fit into the over-oven space where the old one was, I found this one, and it has proven to be a great find. The installation was done professionally and right on schedule, and I couldn't be happier with this product.

I purchased this unit to replace a Sharpe above the oven unit after 14 years of service. The Samsung measured about the same in all directions but sticks out a 1/2 of inch more. No big deal. It was simple to install. The biggest problem was removing the old unit out. The new unit works well and looks great.

I got this to replace my old one. Same model. I think my family and broke the door by slamming it to much, cant fault the model for that.... Issues with this one right from opening the box..1st it came with the glass plate out of its area, lucky it didnt break. The door doesn't close flush, im hoping this is only cosmetic. The buttons are very hard to press. Its makes some odd noises. Called samsung to have someone check it. That was just a nightmare. The agent didnt understand what the issue was and jusy kept insisting i pay for an installer and he will determan if something is wrong.. rediclous... Giving it a few more days till i bring it back..

Very nice microwave for the money. Maybe the least expensive OTR option. Good Samsung quality coupled with a spacious interior. I recommend this product.

I've had much success with with Samsung products over the years from phones to appliances, and this microwave is no different. Heats quickly and thoroughly, vent fan isnt loud , the inside is pretty large and the stainless finish is great quality. The only issue is I had it installed by best buy and it was damaged by the installers. The damage doesnt seem to interfere with the usage but it's still damage none the less. So I had to give 4 stars.
