Where to find mounting templates? Ms. Samsung:
We purchased this microwave but have misplaced the user guide and installation instructions. I do have the mounting hardware package. Is there somewhere I can download or order the mounting templates? Thanks!

contact Samsung support chat and they will mail you a template. May take a while to get tho.

Terrible answers from Samsung. What they should do is provide the template to be printed. This can be done by having it printed using multiple sheets of paper with marks to align the and measurements to confirm it has printed to scale. I hope they read this comment and implement the necessary changes.

I contacted Samsung service via their  text phone number provided on help page online. Asked for model and serial numbers and contact information. 
Rep created up a ticket and asked for best contact number. Hopefully it’ll go well

Contact Samsung Customer Support. They will require the model number and serial number. It will take 10-20 business days to process the request plus shipping time. 
I just went through this process. I can purchase the microwave from Samsung's website and have it delivered in less than a week. I could copy the template, use it and have my existing microwave re-installed before Samsung support is halfway done "processing" the request for replacement templates.

It is mounted to the back of the microwave. You need to remove the two screws and the mounting plate come right off. The make sure you use the template to mark where to mount the plate. When attaching microwave to mount the bottom first and then the top otherwise you will think you put the mounting plate on too high..

Unfortunately the mounting templates are only available in the box with the new microwave, and are not available to download since it wouldn't be printable on standard printer paper. The User Manual can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website, however.
