“The new GE MICROWAVE we just bought has a fan that is really loud! Also when you open and close the door it sound like cheap tin. How loud is the fan on this one? Is the door loud when opening and closing? Thank you!”

• The fan is loud on this one at high speed but I haven't had a microwave at this cost with a quiet fan. At low speed the fan is pretty quiet. Door makes a latching noise when closing but no louder than any other microwave I have used.
