Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, it is designed specifically for over the range with vent intake on the bottom and lights that shine down on the stove top.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Only over the range. Can not sit on its bottom due to lights and vent.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I assume that you could use it as a countertop microwave, but I would be cautious, often they have a convex bottom for the fan/filter/lights. Most likely it wasn't designed that way. Countertop ones may also be less expensive, they should have a comparable model.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The ME16H702SEB is designed to be mounted under a cabinet, and would need to be attached to both a cabinet or other surface above the Microwave as well as the wall behind it. It shouldn't be used while resting on top of a counter due to the LED lighting and vent fan under it, as well as the fact that it doesn't have feet under it for stability. Samsung did recently introduce Countertop-style Microwaves to the line-up, as well. If you're looking for this style, you may want to consider the MG11H2020CT or MG14H3020CM, or the MC11H6033CT Microwave with Convection. All three models include a grill element for browning and toasting. Thanks for your interest! Ms. Samsung
