• A:Answer I am sure they could ship it to you, why not just ask Best Buy that question, but with shipping anything that big it can get damaged, so investing in a fast reliable shipping company might be wise, mine had a little dent in the shell but the installer removed it guide easily. These appliances are shipped from all over the world, one more ship hopefully won’t kill it.

• A:Answer Yes, it can sit on countertop, although the design is such that it will not look great since the top is not finished like the front. The vent also is on top of the microwave but you can convert it to the back like I did (very easy anyone can do it).

• A:Answer Geek squad quoted me 150 for this. Too costly since the microwave itself is that much. If you already have one installed and can remove it, you may be surprised like I was when I learned that this microwave fit the space perfectly and I didn't have to remove and reinstall a new mounting plate. Will take you about 30 minutes.

• A:Answer hey Victoria hi, it has mounting brackets on the top and it comes with a steel bar across the bottom so yes you do need a cabinet on the top not on the sides definitely on the top.

• A:Answer I don't know for sure but I would say yes. We had a Frigidaire for 9 years that also blew, and we removed it and installed the Samsung right into its spot without having to move anything. So surely the same brand would not have to be adjusted.
