“I have a question when I am boiling something. It seems like the exhaust fans do not suck a lot of steam. I looked at the filters they are not plugged. What else could it be ?”

That was the problem with the failure of this microwave. I was boiling a large pot of chicken and the fan could not carry the moisture away. The replacement microwave is a countertop 1200 watt unit and a hood fan is mounted over the stove.
