A:AnswerThe only thing available online at samsung.com and other manual sites is the entire manual and that is NOT what I am asking about. This was a separate item, one-piece, 8.5 x 11 when folded in half, color listing of all the cooking modes and how to configure the racks/cooking tray for different foods. I suspect anyone that has purchased one of these units got a copy. I really miss it as scrolling through the menus is a real pain.

A:AnswerUpdate: I was able to open the blower plate by taking a utility knife and carefully scoring the edge of the plate. The factory did not make a clean cut-out for the plate. Once I cut the edges all the way through, I was able to remove it and turn the blower in the right direction.
