Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thanks for the question. The SMH1816S measures 29-7/8" wide by 16-15/16" high by 15-1/8" deep without the handle. This microwave is designed to be installed over the range by hanging it from the cabinets above it with additional support from the wall behind it in order to enable the exhaust fan to extract steam and vapors from the cook top. There is also a cook top light built into the bottom of the microwave to help illuminate the surface beneath it. Because of this, it is not designed to be installed in a metal case.
