“It shuts down after 10 minutes of use. This is my second identical microwave they both did the same thing. What can I do? Were both Microwaves that I got from Best Buy lemons? We already had a repair man from Samsung with no better results. It works fine as long as you do not cook for longer than 10 minutes.”
