“I was heating something this morning, but i stopped the microwave early and then opened the door. When i opened the door the whole microwave shutoff and will no longer perform any functions and has no lights. what could be wrong?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try turning off the breaker switch (or unplugging from the wall) and then power it up again, it might need to be reset. The next thing I would check is that the microwave door latch is working properly. If those dont work, download the manual and/or look at the forums online. Im sure you will find someone else with the same issue and hopefully the fix :)
