“doesnt pull air through the bottom Has anyone else had this problem of this unit not pulling air through the bottom of the unit. mine was installed I turned the fan to recirculate, but it does not pull air”

I'm betting you didn't adjust the exhaust vent on to of the microwave in the... back. Yeah the back on top. If you didn't do this it's trying to blow into the bottom of your cabinet.
