Q: QuestionThe inside of my microwave door does not have anything covering the black screen. Food gets between the glass and the screen and can't be cleaned. This is awful.. do you sell something to put over that screen to protect it?

• A:Answer I just checked ours and it has a protective covering over the black screen. If yours does not have this, inquire at the store you got it from for a remedy. Sadly it looks like other protective films that you usually remove before using.

Q: QuestionOn my 2nd microwave. The same issue. The left front "leg" is short, making the microwave unlevel on the countertop. My countertop is level. Checked with a leveler because I could not believe I exchanged the 1st microwave to have the same problem. Fixes?

I’m guessing a bad batch.. terrible quality control. Lots of answers from Samsung on questions but nothing about this...? Guess I’ll bring this one back and get a competitors..

Q: QuestionJust received my new microwave today and it is not sitting level on the countertop. The rubber foot on the front left side (when facing the microwave) appears to be shorter than the other feet. This makes the microwave rock back and forth. Quick fix?

• A:Answer I had exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, I had to resort to using a couple layers of stiff cardboard to stop the rocking. Maybe they’re supposed to be adjustable but I didn’t have any luck there.

• A:Answer Both the 27-in and 30-in work with this. I bought a 30-in because the 27-in was not available. The trim kit does extend the full length of the cabinet (if in a 30" cabinet). I modified a normal 30" cabinet to install this.

• A:Answer We used it as a “built in” we placed it inside a shelf that was part of our upper kitchen cabinets made specifically for a microwave. We had electrician install an outlet in the back of cabinet so we could plug it in without having the cord show.
