Yes, the mounting bracket is included

Mine was attached to the back of the microwave. Need to unscrew it and don’t forget to put the screws you removed back into the microwave before you hang it

It is preinstalled on the microwave. You will have to unscrew it and mount to the wall. Hope this helps.
