“How do you get the wireless component to stay on green. I was pressing twice but now it doesn’t stay on and charge my phone wirelessly. The wired works. Thx”

just lay CP or watch on it

once you lay your cell phone or watch on it everything lights up shows its charging.

I am not exactly sure why the LED doesn't stay green, but I learned that if you lay your phone or smartwatch on the QI charging pad then press and hold the button for a few seconds it will begin charging your device! And if it does not after you exhausted all possibilities then your device maybe defective?

You only have to press the button once and then put your phone on to charge.
