The QI or wireless version is the same as this one only with the wireless charging capability but wireless is charging is slower than using cables I would go with this one it is cheaper but you need to buy the super fast adapter that comes with the S20 phones to charge the battery pack itself and I am sure the QI version is the same way and make sure to use your S10 oem charging cable to charge your phone
