“what is the end of life support date on this model”

• June 2022. I purchased this one yesterday and although the box states "June 2021", Google added time to some Chromebooks "Auto Update Expiration date" and Samsung Chromebook 3's are now June 2022. Hope this info helps.

• June 2021 - It was marked on the box when I picked it up and then immediately returned. It was impossible to find otherwise.

• James and Photek are both technically correct, and ChrBau provided a link to do your own research. The model XE501C13-S01US I picked up today does have end of support listed on the box as June 2021. However, it is also labeled as Chromebook 3 by Samsung, and the ChromeOS support link provided by ChrBau indicates Samsung Chromebook 3 will be supported through June 2022. Best Buy also lists this as having X5 Atom processor in the title, but the product description states Celeron dual core. The unit I picked up today came with X5 Atom E8000.
