Its a door stop, chuck it and buy new. Yes it can be fixed but you can buy a new one for less than the cost of a service call. It might just be the charger failed, they are low quality and you can get cheap knock offs on ebay. More than likely its got a dead battery and just needs a charge. You can stick your neck out and buy a charger, if works again; you win.
