“Will the Card for for Samsung Galaxy S4 I had this card before on ebay and it supposedly was genuine. Come to find out, manufactured in Taiwan and therefore it is fake. Anyhow, it kept deleting 8gb of music on the card. I think it was not compatible. Is this card genuine and going to work on my phone?”

The Samsung Galaxy S4 will only support an SD card up to 64GB.
