Will this charge at 15watt for the Google Pixel 4 XL phones? null

Not sure, I have a Pixel 4 XL and it charges pretty quickly. It will only charge a device as fast as the device calls for power.
Pixel 4 XL requires at least a 10-watt charger

1. "Google Pixel 4 XL" is not specifically listed on the box as one of the compatible phones.
2. The ONLY phone that gets 15w is "Google Note 10+".

That said, the verbiage on the box is poorly written/organized. It does say it works with Qi compatible phones, so if yours is such, it will work; just be prepared for it to be less than 15w, although technically, the way the verbiage on the box is written, you *may* get 15w. 

Maybe direct your query directly to Samsung.
