“Why are the sold as wireless speakers and they come with wires...just because it has a wireless module does not make them "wireless". And I can not hear them if they are six inches from my head...HELP!!”

• You have to go to the settings to turn up the volume and you do it from your sound bar.

• The sound from these by default is really low. But you should be able to configure the rear speaker volume from the soundbar settings. Or if you change the sound mode to movie, you can hear from the rear speakers bit more than the standard settings.
