QuestionHooked up refrigerator today. When I pull out freezer door, the top tray pulls out together with the 2nd tray. I have to push the top tray in so I can get to the bottom tray. Is this how it works? Do I have to adjust the tray? Why is the top tray frosted?

- Answer The shelf on top of the drawers isn't adjustable. The middle shelf is adjustable, about one inch up or down. The top shelf isn't adjustable. There's about 7-9 inches of space between each shelf, depending one how you adjust the middle shelf.

Typically models that provide the in door dispenser are larger models, as the dispenser does take up some of the interior room of the refrigerator. ^Jecca
