Q: QuestionHooked up refrigerator today. When I pull out freezer door, the top tray pulls out together with the 2nd tray. I have to push the top tray in so I can get to the bottom tray. Is this how it works? Do I have to adjust the tray? Why is the top tray frosted?

• A:Answer The shelf on top of the drawers isn't adjustable. The middle shelf is adjustable, about one inch up or down. The top shelf isn't adjustable. There's about 7-9 inches of space between each shelf, depending one how you adjust the middle shelf.
