- Answer Hi, the reset button will either be; on right side of the ice maker (ice bucket will need to be removed), or underneath the ice maker in the freezer. ^Rosi

- Answer Based on the product specs, this refrigerator comes with a manufacturer warranty. It is valid for a period of one year (5 years - sealed refrigeration system & 10 years - digital inverter compressor). You would want to contact the manufacturer directly if you need service performed under the manufacturer warranty. Thanks!

QuestionIs there a "box" ( electrical etc.) on the top of this refrigerator which increases the height by ~2"?

- Answer There is a "box" on top and it is HIGHER than the hinges on the door. It measures 2 inches above the top of the fridge, the hinges are inly 1 inch above. You will need to think of height as 71 inches for cabinet clearance. I did have to modify my cabinet. The electrical box is towards the back on the right if youre standing in front, looking back. It is not symetrical in its placement and would look best covered by cabinets or a shelf.

QuestionAre there roller wheels? Can they come off to save heights space?Our cabinets start at 70 1/2 inches so wondering if this height will work-are there rollers or casters on the unit?

- Answer The RF18HFENBSR is 69-7/8" high without the hinges, and 70-13/16" high with them, and Samsung recommends leaving at least 3/8" clearance above the Refrigerator for air circulation. Your 70-1/2" space is tall enough to accommodate this unit, which is on rollers. Please note that the wheels should not be removed. Thank you for your interest, Ms. Samsung
