Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi - we are having the same issue. At the store, the rep told us it is able to be open on both sides. However, when it got delivered, it opened on the left, and the 3 service men could not change it because there are wires in the door (to alert you when the door is open for too long). So they said they'd bring a different fridge that opens on the right. When that fridge showed up, SAME ISSUE!! Opens on the left, delivery guys can't change it. So now we're at a total loss, and Best Buy is not being helpful!!!! If you need it to open on the right, this is not the fridge for you! (Or at least order it from a retailer who knows more about the product. It sure seems like they'd make the fridge that opens both ways, but Best Buy has no clue and is not very helpful)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can, however the instructions are not in order and are unclear for some steps. Such as "now stand the refrigerator back upright with care". IF NEVER SAID TO LAY IT DOWN.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it's possible to switch the doors yourself. However, it's not straightforward in spite of detailed instructions. For example, it tells you to lay the fridge on its side but not when to pick it back up, and we had to do it twice because order of the steps doesn't appear logical but it does matter. Also, my plastic auto closer on the freezer appears to hang up on the middle hinge when closing but not sure why the two pieces interfere with each other. I have no idea why this couldn't be done at the factory. The new holes for the screws don't line up very well which causes great potential for cross threading.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Really Guys, As it states in the instruction book,the Doors are reversible. Any one can do it if they read the instructions and if that doesnt work LOOK at THE Pictures that step by step show exactly how to do it.
