“I am elderly and am confused by the freezer settings. I don't have the ice maker hooked up and don't need it. Looking at the panel I have 1 blue light on and 1 blue light for colder. See photo. Are these the only lights that should be on ? Thank you.”

Yes, the 2 blue lights indicate that your freezer & fridge are ON and set to the highest possible temperatures. If you wish to make either compartment colder, press the corresponding compartment's button. i.e. If you wish to lower the temperature of your freezer, press the round FREEZER button. From your current setting, you have the option to decrease the temp up to 4 more times. With each successive press of the FREEZER button, you will see another Blue light turn on. Hope that helps!
