Questionmy space height is 70"--will this frig fit?i don't have to be concerned about hinges--just the back 12" are under cupboards.

- Answer There is an electrical box mounted on the back of the top of the fridge that sticks up about 2" so it requires a 71" height clearance. I was very surprised to find this out yesterday when mine was delivered as that box does not appear on the web site photo. It wouldn't fit under the overhead cabinet so we removed the cabinet moulding, slid the fridge in, then reinstalled the moulding.

Questionis the ice makerremovable? we tend to just freeze our own ice cubes - and wouldn't need this feature

- Answer The ice maker in the RF20HFENBSR is factory-installed and cannot be removed, but the ice storage container can be moved or used for storing cubes you make yourself. The automatic ice maker can be turned off if you don't wish to use it, and it suspends from the ceiling of the freezer so doesn't take up much useable space itself. QuestionPopping noisesDoes any body experience periodic popping and cracking noises coming from the fridge? I want to know if this is normal or if I should call samsung. No problems with operation.

QuestionSamsung Online Reviews?Has anyone purchased this model? I need to replace a Samsung RF217Awcpww on which the freezer handles broke after the freezer compartment froze shut after less than a year. I cannot find any retailers that carry this product and am very hesitant to buy Samsung again. However this is the only french door model that fits my space. Would appreciate any feedback.
