Width with both doors open 37 inches (excluding handles)

The freezer is huge and the doors open up so that I can open one side without letting out lots of cold air. With 2 doors you don't have to step aside if someone wants to pass. Perfect in small kitchen and even if have large kitchen this gives you so much room inside . Lots of storage. Use glass cleaner to wipe fingerprints and wipe up and down. I do it once a week but honestly you get few because door and freezer handles so perfect no need to touch outside. I love this product.
