“Samsung Online Reviews? Has anyone purchased this model? I need to replace a Samsung RF217Awcpww on which the freezer handles broke after the freezer compartment froze shut after less than a year. I cannot find any retailers that carry this product and am very hesitant to buy Samsung again. However this is the only french door model that fits my space. Would appreciate any feedback.”

• Not worth it!!!! We've had multiple defects at less than 2 years old, and Samsung refuses to pay.

• IF YOU HAVEN'T BOUGHT IT YET DON'T BUY IT! I'm having major ice and frost build up issues in the freezer compartment. It literally froze shut. The crispers fill up with water every other day as well

• I have not had any trouble with my unit. It's been in use for about 8 months. I think it works wonderfully. Keeps ice and frozen food frozen with little or no freezer burn and the fridge itself keeps fresh food longer than I expected.
