if your Roku has an HDMI output then it will work when you change the view to "auxiliary", or "Video" ( whatever the exact option is). If you are using the 3 A/V sound RCA jacks (usually red, white, and yellow or green), the Roku box might still work, but you won't be able to get HD on it. For me my security system worked on the A/V cables, but the picture wasn't worth much. So I got an HDMI cable and changed the settings to HD in the monitor and it looks great.
