• I have Frontier and was able to program the FIOS remote to operate the TV also. It was a pretty simple process. Not sure about other cable systems.

• I am on DISH. I called them and they walked me through the programming code for my Samsung TV model. The DISH remote now controls the TV power, volume, channel change, everything.
