what is the picture quality without an HD cable box? null

We are using an antenna that is roof mounted on our RV and the picture is as good as another 720p tv at home connected to cable.

It has a QAM tuner. In many areas you don't need a cable box to get HD pictures. I am saving the monthly fee that was paid to Cablevision. But I hear that this works with other cable companies, don't think it works with FIOS, direct tv. But it doesn't cost anything to try. Just attach the cable wire directly to the tv and resort your channels.
