Hi Tony! The speaker wire included with the SWA-9100S utilizes clips to connect the wire to the transmitter module. We do not recommend cutting, splicing, or replacing the included speaker wire as it may cause damage to the product / speaker that is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. ^Tim
