“Is there any way to make these speakers louder ... I have them at max volume and can barely hear them”

• On your Samsung Soundbar using your Samsung audio remote put it to surround sound and turn the volume up to 40 and higher and you will hear all the background sounds.

• You need to connect this to a samsung soundbar with a subwoofer in order to make it louder. Without it it’s useless.
