Q: QuestionI connected this soundbar to a Samsung 7 series TV, using an optical cable. The TV remote only raises the soundbar volume in steps, 1 number for each press of the volume button, NOT continuously by holding the volume button down. Is this normal?

Q: QuestionJust bought this sound bar brand new, while connected to my phone via Bluetooth it works great. While connected to Samsung tv, the sound goes in and out about 5 times every 10-20 minutes, why?? Does it on regular tv or Netflix/Hulu.
