• A:Answer I can't tell you if it will fit because I have no idea what the distance between the legs of that model is. However, the sound bar is just under 36 inches long. Perhaps you can measure the distance between the legs and compare.

• A:Answer You can't turn it "off" but you can adjust the sub-woofer's volume independently from the soundbar. The woofer's range goes from -6 to +6, and going further down from -6 sets it to -12, which is basically a mute mode.
