“The light is blue on the subwoofer but still no sound”

• Try increasing the output of the subwoofer. Mine defaults to 0 and at that level, where I've left it for now, the sound that comes out is subtle but makes a noticeable difference. At higher levels, +1, +2, etc. I definitely heard it.

• Simply put, call customer service. They’ll walk you through a fix in 5-10 minutes! I had an issue connecting rear speakers to this product and they helped my in 7 minutes!
