A:AnswerI am hearing impaired and have this problem regardless of the sound system. I changed the audio equalizer on my tv and voices are clear even when movie soundtracks are playing. Hope this helps.
A:AnswerOn the remote top left-hand corner below the on and off switch there's a settings for separate bass and treble but if you click one more time there is a setting for audio sync also on my TCL TV I had to go into settings and turn on hdmi Arc and CEC.
A:AnswerI had ordered one open box excellent when I received it, it was not in excellent condition it was missing the remote missing other parts including manual and it had scratches on it a chip in it, so I took it back and got a new model personally I wouldn't advise buying open box unless you see it in person.
A:Answerif you have it max volume course it will get to hot or worse blow out l keep my between 70 to 90. 70 for movies 80 for music but if you have it on blutooth could be wifi promble and not the bar itself
