• On the remote top left-hand corner below the on and off switch there's a settings for separate bass and treble but if you click one more time there is a setting for audio sync also on my TCL TV I had to go into settings and turn on hdmi Arc and CEC.

• Sorry to hear about your issue. I have heard of this happening especially if being hooked up to tv’s from a different manufacturer. My tv and sound bar are both Samsung. They work perfect together. Maybe try a bar such as a Bose or Sonos where they seem to have better luck matching up to tv’s as they don’t have their own tv brand. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful.
