“Is there specific subwoofer calibration or placement I should do? The subwoofer base sound sooo weak I can't believe that this had really good reviews so I wonder maybe I missed something during set-up?”

Hard to say because I can't adjust anything because I did not get a remote with it. Am waiting on BB to send me one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.if you have remote#AH59-02733B press sound control button several tmes to you see subwofer them use right arrow button and you can increase this to +6 then try it. If too much base for your taste use left arrow to lower it to your liking.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi, you have to set the ID between the woofer and the sound bar. The instructions are found in the manual that came with the speaker and subwoofer, or you can also get the manual by going online. Basically, turn off the sound bar. Plug in the subwoofer and then locating the small set hole on the back of the subwoofer, depress it for 5 seconds or slightly more using a pen or pencil tip to push the recessed setting button in. If successful, the sound bar will display a set ID message. You are good to go.
