Power cord and input from TV to the soundbar. The sub is a wireless connection to the soundbar but still requires a power cord ran to it. The rear speakers available are wired to a signal box that also needs a power cord but is then wireless to the soundbar. I would guess that the Samsung rear wireless speakers are the ones you would want so that it is controlled correctly. You can always try to use another brands rear wireless speakers but I wouldnt be surprised if they dont work.
