QuestionI have an LG 49" 4k TV. I hooked the sound bar and sub. I am in Europe 220v AC. The bar fits but not sync with speach, the SWFR is only110v. Works but no deep sound like in USA store. What should I do to improve SW sound and Bar's sync?

QuestionSo I have a 2010 Samsung UN55C8000 55”LED 3D TV. I just bought the HW-M360 soundbar and I had to buy a special optical cable to go from TV to Soundbar. I still can’t get sound or link up sub. Not sure what steps I need to take.

QuestionWe just purchased both the M360 sound bar with subwoofer and Samsung TV, our problem is you can’t hear the subwoofer the volume on the subwoofer is up to +6 very disappointing. Is +6 the max volume on the subwoofer? Also the light is blue so it is paired.

- Answer Make sure the Bass setting is also up to 6. Place the subwoofer a minimum of four- six inches from the wall. Set the Sound Mode to either Movie or Music.

- Answer Yes it will work with Vizio, that is how mine is set up sadly with this setup you will not get the full use of the soundbar. Plus my remote does not work.
