“I have a Samsung smart TV (brought it last year), will the TV remote control the soundbar's power (on/off) and volume? I don't really want a second remove laying around.”

• It seems to work but not consistently. I have samsung TV (6000 series) and bar. You will need the Samsung soundbar remote still. It will unlink from time to time and you will have to I change it. I've been unlinked in both optical and Bluetooth just from turning the TV off.
