“We just purchased a Samsung HW-R550/ZA Soundbar and Samsung SWA-8500S/ZA2 Surround Speakers which we have attached to our Samsung 6700 Series UHD TV. The volume control works when watching cable, but not when streaming TV apps like Amazon or Hulu. HELP!”
