Are you able to program it on a Dish TV remote ? null

If you use the Optical Audio cable (NOT Bluetooth) to connect the soundbar to your TV, then your Dish controller will control the soundbar volume. At least that works great for me (I have a Samsung 43" 7 series TV). The separate subwoofer connects to the soundbar via Bluetooth and that works fine.

Yes I got this a month a go and it is sync'd through the tv which is sync'ed to the dish remote. Long story short my dish remote turns up and down the volume but does go into settings to change treble, bass, or woofer settings.

yes, google dish programming and it will come up on how to program AV
