QuestionHi..i had the subwoofer 12 ft away but behind a couch and the sub kept cutting out so we moved it next to the couch, directly in front of the main unit.. 10 ft away and sub still cuts out. What do I do ?

- Answer it doesnt have to be next to you by the couch for you to feel the bass, try putting closer to the main speaker so that there isnt any disruption with the reception between the units and you will see that even though its not next to you you will feel the rumble

- Answer Yes but it's not wireless unless you have the 4K Samsung. Do. We connected the sound bar fiber optic (included) to the tv and it's great!

- Answer you should be able to order it from anywhere, it use a regular audio optical cable. should be able to also pick it from any local walmart, target, best buy etc.

- Answer This means that it was previously purchased but returned. Ideally BB gave it a once over to confirm it works and has all of its parts. Because it was previously owned, they offer it at a slightly discounted price because the box was opened - hence the term "open-box price."
