“Is there a known issue with the subwoofer? I set up my system last night, the lights are showing a connection between soundbar and subwoofer, but there's absolutely no sound from subwoofer. Tried to manually reconnect, it connects, but still no sound.”

• Hold down the button on the back of the subwoofer to reset it. also make sure the sound bar is on.
